Our collection of fresh produce & home essentials is available for curbside pickup. Orders are usually ready same day or within 1-2 business days. In some cases, orders may take 3-5 business days to fill, due to very high demand, food shortages, minimal staffing, & most importantly — cleaning! Food safety is most important. Thanks for your patience!
- When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email and phone call.
- Missing items will happily be refunded as needed.
- Grocery orders placed online for curbside pickup have a $3 fee applied for this service. Your grocers will carefully gather your selected items, & bring them to your car.

Because health & safety are most important, we must take our time with each order. We will use cardboard boxes and several plastic bags to gather your items, unless otherwise requested. Some items are more expensive than at a normal grocery because they are very heavy, hard to procure, or require special care.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We ship chocolate nationwide, and to Canada. Please note that we will process your order as fast as we can, but we may be unexpectedly out of particular items and it may take time to hand-package gifts, as we must be extremely careful with handling. We cannot ship groceries that are delicate or require refrigeration. We will reach out to you by email and phone call in the event of a delay or stock issue to either arrange a refund or exchange, if desired. Orders shipping to addresses California and throughout the West Coast get a flat next-day or 2-day rate for a courier service provided by Golden State Overnight. At this time, we have noticed that UPS shipping rates are unusually high due to peak demand, limited staff, and many other factors. Due to heat considerations, we cannot offer UPS Ground Shipping, which is sometimes taking 7-10 business days rather than 3-5 days.
