Peanut Cocoa Butter Our coarsely ground, yet smoothly spreadable Peanut Cocoa butter combines stone-milled dark chocolate (made bean-to-bar from whole cacao) with fresh-roasted peanuts, wildflower honey, and a touch of sea salt. As you taste it, the rich, buttery flavors of toasted nuts give way to the bright, earthy complexity of dark chocolate, punctuated by just enough salt to remind you about the honey. That pleasant, dark-chocolate crunch? Those are the fresh-roasted cocoa nibs (pieces of whole roasted cocoa beans that have been separated from the husk). Maple Cinnamon Our Maple Cinnamon nut butter combines fresh-roasted, coarsely milled NC Runner peanuts and Georgia pecans with Brattleboro, VT-based Coombs Family Farms maple syrup, Vietnamese “Saigon” cinnamon, and hand-harvested sea salt to create a uncommonly delicious, aromatic nut butter reminiscent of pecan pie spiked with maple and cinnamon.
Chai Spice Our Chai Spice mixture is a traditional Masala Chai blend of cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper, which we slowly mix with fresh-roasted, freshly milled peanuts and almonds before adding raw, organic cane sugar, raw wildflower honey, and sea salt to create a bright, complex burst of flavor in every spoonful. True story: our founders Mark & Megan created this recipe for their wedding, and it's been our best seller ever since.
